野村克也氏がよく用いた言葉に、「勝ちに不思議の勝ちあり、負けに不思議の負けなし」というものがあります。
大切な試験や試合に「負け」ないように、模試や練習試合などで「負け」た原因をしっかり分析することが大切です。
また、十分に努力できている人ほど、本番になると不安になるものです。不安になった時は、努力してきた証拠だと前向きに捉えましょう。
